Who has the final say on a change

You decide

1. You approve

   - Goldbeater (ours)
   - Opteo
   - TrueClicks\*
   - Optmyzr\*

It does the analysis and prepares each change, and you send it.

2. Acts when you ask

   - Adspirer
   - Google's Ask Advisor

You tell it what to do, and it makes the change with your approval.

3. Acts by itself

   - Ryze AI
   - groas

The tool makes the day-to-day calls, inside limits you set.

The tool decides

\* with automation you can switch on

In short

We make Goldbeater, one of the tools below. It is placed by the same criteria as the rest, and none of the others paid to be here.

- AI tools for Google Ads divide by who has the final say. Goldbeater does the analysis and prepares every change for your approval; Opteo, TrueClicks and Optmyzr wait for your approval too, the last two with automation you can switch on; Adspirer and Google's Ask Advisor act when you ask; Ryze AI and groas sell themselves as autopilots.
- For an operator who wants to own the account, Goldbeater is the better choice: its checks look for 274 problems every day, 72 of them test what they find against chance, its AI agent investigates each week, and every fix arrives prepared. If you'd rather not be involved at all, an autopilot suits you better.

01

## How we chose and ordered them

- Who has the final say on each change. Goldbeater is ours, so it comes first; after it the list runs from analysts that prepare each change for your approval, through assistants that act when you ask, to tools that act by themselves. The order isn't a ranking.
- What you see behind a change: the data and the reasoning, or only the result.
- Which ad platforms each one covers.
- What each costs at $50,000 a month of ad spend, from its own pages.
- Only tools on sale today, described from their own pages. Announced products that haven't launched are left out until they have.

02

## Goldbeater (ours)

Goldbeater is an AI analyst that does the work: 166 checks look for 274 problems every day, 72 of them testing what they find against chance, its AI agent investigates each week, and every fix arrives ready to approve. It's $249 a month at $50,000 of Google Ads spend, and its 7-day trial shows what it finds before any charge.

Best for

People serious about getting the most from every dollar of Google Ads spend, alone or in a small team, who want an experienced analyst's work every week and the final say on each change.

What to know

It covers Google Ads only, for now. And it's built for depth, not a one-click build: its findings, their evidence and their figures reward someone who wants to understand the account.

03

## Opteo

Opteo leaves each call to you: it suggests Improvements, and a person pushes each one live. At $50,000 of spend it costs $249 a month on its Professional plan, which covers 25 accounts, with a 14-day trial.

Best for

Google Ads managers who want suggested fixes to push live one at a time, with reports and alerts.

What it lacks

Its plans are priced for Google Ads accounts, and the version adding other platforms is offered as early access. Starting the trial takes a payment method.

Read how it compares, point by point, in [Goldbeater vs Opteo](https://goldbeater.ai/compare/goldbeater-vs-opteo).

04

## TrueClicks

TrueClicks leaves most calls to you. It scores every account against a list of best practices, fixes simple issues from a Fix button, and runs auto-apply tasks you set up. It audits Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and it's free up to $50,000 a month of spend when every user shares one email domain.

Best for

Agencies and teams checking many Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts against one standard, including small ones that fit its free plan.

What it lacks

The free plan stops at $50,000 of spend across every account you link. Its audits cover Google Ads and Microsoft Ads only, and its automation stops at settings, negatives and exclusions.

Read how it compares, point by point, in [Goldbeater vs TrueClicks](https://goldbeater.ai/compare/goldbeater-vs-trueclicks).

05

## Optmyzr

Optmyzr leaves the call to you, unless you set a rule to make it: its Rule Engine can apply changes by itself on a schedule. It has an AI assistant, Sidekick, covers six ad platforms, and costs $349 a month at $50,000 of spend billed monthly, with a 14-day trial.

Best for

Agencies and specialists who want a toolkit and rule-based automation across Google, Microsoft, Amazon and social ad platforms.

What it lacks

At $50,000 of spend it costs more than Goldbeater ($249), Opteo ($249) or TrueClicks (free). Its promise of no changes without your approval holds only while none of its automation is switched on.

Read how it compares, point by point, in [Goldbeater vs Optmyzr](https://goldbeater.ai/compare/goldbeater-vs-optmyzr).

06

## Adspirer

Adspirer acts when you ask. You brief it in ChatGPT, Claude, Slack or email, and its agents build campaigns, run audits and check accounts; every high-impact change stays yours to approve. It covers six ad platforms, priced by the task from free to $199 a month, the plan its guide suggests at $50,000 of spend.

Best for

People who already work in ChatGPT or Claude and want an agent there that builds campaigns and pulls reports across six ad platforms.

What it lacks

Pricing by the task means a busy month either costs more, on its Plus plan, or pauses its tools until the next billing cycle, on Pro and Max. What it does depends on what you ask it for.

07

## Google's Ask Advisor

Ask Advisor is Google's own agent, built with Gemini and in beta inside Google Ads. You ask about performance, policy or billing, and it can make changes such as pausing a campaign or updating a daily budget, with your approval. It covers Google Ads only, and comes with it.

Best for

Anyone already working in Google Ads who wants quick answers, and simple changes made from a conversation, without adding another tool.

What it lacks

It isn't available in manager (MCC) accounts, it's in beta for English-language accounts, and its advice comes from the company that sells the clicks.

Read how it compares, point by point, in [Goldbeater vs Google's recommendations](https://goldbeater.ai/compare/goldbeater-vs-google-recommendations).

08

## Ryze AI

Ryze AI sells itself as an autopilot that monitors campaigns around the clock and adjusts them automatically. Its help pages describe a copilot whose changes need your approval by default, until you switch on unattended changes. It covers Google, Meta, ChatGPT, Perplexity, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, for a flat $89 a month.

Best for

Small advertisers on several ad platforms who want a low flat price and as little hands-on work as they can get.

What it lacks

Its marketing and its help pages describe different products, so check your account's approval settings before you trust either. Google Ads is one part of a broad product that also sells SEO, website and store services.

Read how it compares, point by point, in [Goldbeater vs Ryze AI and groas](https://goldbeater.ai/compare/goldbeater-vs-ryze-ai).

09

## groas

groas makes the decisions. It describes itself as a fully autonomous growth engine: its models build campaigns, write ads, and manage bids and budgets inside guardrails you set, while a named strategist owns the direction. It covers Google Ads and ChatGPT ads, at $999 a month for up to $15,000 of monthly spend.

Best for

Businesses that want software and an account manager to run the account for them, and have the budget for it.

What it lacks

The engine, not you, makes the day-to-day calls, so it's the wrong tool if you want to decide each change. At $50,000 of spend its price is a custom arrangement, and you apply for the trial rather than signing up.
