Every Google Ads account deserves a careful read, every week.

Goldbeater is a Google Ads analyst that shows its work. It reads an account every week, finds what is costing money, and drafts the changes for a person to approve. PressRoom, Inc. builds and runs it.

What it does

Goldbeater reads your account the way a careful analyst would, every week.

Most accounts get a thorough audit once, when somebody new takes them over, and then drift. Goldbeater makes that audit a weekly habit. It reads the whole account, finds what is wasting money or putting results at risk, estimates what each problem costs where that can be measured, and drafts the change that would fix it.

Between reviews, you can ask it anything about the account. It writes its own queries against the live data, shows every step it takes, and remembers what you tell it.

How it works

Four steps, and only the last one is yours.

1. Connect an account

Sign in with Google and connect a Google Ads account through Google's own consent screen. Goldbeater never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.

2. The checks run

23 checks read the live account before any AI model sees it, the same way every week, so the same account always gets the same answer.

3. The agent follows up

Goldbeater's agent looks into what the checks found, the way an analyst would, and writes up each finding with its evidence and what to do about it.

4. You decide

Each proposed change shows the value now and the value proposed. You approve the ones you agree with, one at a time, and the rest go nowhere.

What it won't do

Goldbeater is an analyst, not an autopilot.

It can't act on its own. The code doesn't allow it, and no setting changes that.

It won't change your account on its own

Goldbeater changes nothing until a person approves a specific change, and there will never be an autopilot mode. Nothing is applied yet. Findings and the changes drafted from them are real, but sending an approved change to Google Ads is switched off, so today Goldbeater only reads the account.

It won't touch a campaign you've guarded

Name a campaign in the account's Settings and any change to it is refused, whoever approves it. A budget can be held at its level the same way.

It won't sell your data

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising, and data from Google's APIs is used only to provide Goldbeater's own features.

It won't train AI models on your account

The model providers we use aren't allowed to train on your data, and we don't train models of our own on anything that identifies you.

Who it's for

Anyone spending enough that a weekly review pays for itself.

Plans start at $249 a month and are capped by the ad spend they cover, so what you pay moves with what a review is worth to you.

Advertisers who run their own account

You know your business better than any tool does. Goldbeater does the tedious reading every week and tells you where the money is going.

In-house marketing teams

Your team has more accounts than hours. Goldbeater reviews every one on the same schedule, so nothing waits for a quiet week.

Agencies

You already do this work by hand for every client. Goldbeater does the first pass across your whole book, and you keep the last word on every change.

The company

Goldbeater is built and run by PressRoom, Inc.

PressRoom is a San Francisco company that helps businesses get found in search and in AI answers. Goldbeater brings the same approach to paid search: read everything, show the working, and let the numbers decide what comes first.

Questions about the product, a plan, or your data go to the addresses beside this, and the security page lists everyone who handles your data on our behalf.

Questions

What people ask about Goldbeater.

What is Goldbeater?

Goldbeater is a Google Ads analyst. It reviews a Google Ads account every week, finds what is wasting money or putting results at risk, estimates what each problem costs a month where that can be measured, and drafts the changes for a person to approve.

Can Goldbeater change my Google Ads account?

Not without you. Goldbeater reads your account and drafts changes, and nothing is sent until a person approves a specific change. Today it sends nothing at all: you make the changes you agree with in Google Ads yourself.

How is it different from a Google Ads audit tool?

Most audit tools sample an account and score it. Goldbeater reads the whole account every week, runs the same checks the same way each time, and shows the evidence behind every finding, so you can check its work.

Who makes Goldbeater?

PressRoom, Inc., a company in San Francisco, builds and runs Goldbeater.

How much does Goldbeater cost?

Plans start at $249 a month and are capped by the monthly ad spend they cover. Every plan runs the full review, and the 7-day trial charges nothing until it ends.

Does it work with manager accounts (MCC)?

Yes, on every plan. Connect a manager account and switch on the client accounts you want reviewed. Each keeps its own history.
