What to know before you pick a plan.
How spend is measured, what happens over the cap, and what the trial takes.
How is monthly ad spend measured?
It's the total across every account you have Goldbeater analyze, over the last 30 days, including the days before you switched it on. It's your spend as Google Ads reports it, not a number we set.
What happens if I go over the cap?
We tell you, and never charge more. The analysis carries on for 14 days: move up to a bigger plan or switch an account off before then, and it never pauses. If it does, either one starts it again at once.
What counts toward the accounts?
Only the accounts switched on for analysis. When you connect, Goldbeater switches on the accounts that spent in the last 30 days, the most spend first, as far as your plan covers; a manager account itself counts for nothing, and switching an account off frees its place.
What happens during the trial?
Minutes after you connect your account, Goldbeater shows what it's wasting, what each fix is worth and the change that makes it. All week you apply the fixes you agree with, and Undo reverses any of them. Goldbeater checks daily and emails you the day a campaign stops or spend jumps, and your AI analyst answers why a cost moved or which searches convert. Three days before the trial ends, we email you what Goldbeater found and what the fixes are worth. After 7 days your plan starts and your first month is charged. If Goldbeater hasn't found more than the plan costs, cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Does the trial need a card?
Yes, and you pay nothing for the first 7 days. We email you a reminder three days before the trial ends, and if you cancel, the findings are still yours.
Can Goldbeater change my account during the trial?
Only what you approve, line by line, and only when you apply it. Every applied change writes its undo first.
Do you support manager accounts?
Yes, on every plan. Each client account that's switched on keeps its own history, and counts toward the plan's accounts.
Can I get a refund?
Assume not. Fees are non-refundable and any refund is at our discretion, which is what the 7 days are for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Ask us for a copy of your findings and change sets before you go. When you close your workspace, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes.
