Google Ads automation software

Google Ads automation that waits for your approval.

Goldbeater checks your account every day and drafts each fix, and nothing changes in Google Ads until you approve it and press Apply.

Or connect one account for a free first look, no card needed: how many problems it finds, and what they cost.

What runs by itself

The analysis runs itself, every day.

There are no rules to write and no scripts to keep: the checks, the alerts and the weekly review run on their own schedule.

The audit

163 checks look for 270 problems across your whole account every 24 hours.

The evidence

Each finding shows the figures behind it and, where the problem costs money, an estimate of how much a month.

The review

Each week Goldbeater's AI agent follows up on what the checks found and writes your review.

The alerts

A campaign that stops or overspends is emailed to you the day it's found.

Drafted for you

Each fix arrives written, down to the value.

A finding opens with its evidence and the change that fixes it, ready to add to your change set.

The exact change

The negative keyword, the budget or the setting is written out, with its value before and after.

Words you can rewrite

Where a change is words, like a headline Goldbeater's AI agent drafted, you can rewrite them before you approve.

Asked for in plain words

Ask your AI analyst for a change, and the agent drafts it into the same change set.
A finding
A finding opened in Goldbeater for a sample account: a search that took $412 and converted nothing, with its clicks, cost and the chance that's luck, and the negative keyword that fixes it.

Approve and apply

You approve each change, then press Apply once.

Apply sends the approved changes to Google Ads as one change, and all of it lands or none does.

Guards first

A campaign you've guarded refuses any change its rule forbids, even one you approved.

The undo, written first

Goldbeater stores how to undo the change set before it sends anything.

Checked by Google

Google validates every change in the set before any of them is made.

Read back

Afterwards Goldbeater reads your account again and confirms it shows every change.

Undo

Every change set you apply keeps its Undo.

The Applied tab lists what each one changed, who applied it and when, and Undo puts your account back as it was.

Questions

What to know before you automate your Google Ads.

Does Goldbeater change my Google Ads account automatically?

No. Goldbeater automates the analysis: the checks, the alerts, the weekly review and the drafting of each fix. A change reaches Google Ads only after you approve it and an owner or admin of your workspace presses Apply. There will never be an autopilot mode.

What is Google Ads automation software?

Software that does Google Ads work on a schedule instead of by hand. Some Google Ads automation tools apply rules or change bids by themselves. Goldbeater automates the reading: it audits your account every day, shows the evidence for each problem and drafts the fix, and the decision stays with you.

What can Goldbeater change in my account?

What its findings fix: keywords and negative keywords, daily budgets, bidding targets, location and network settings, final URLs, and assets such as sitelinks and callouts. Each drafted change shows the value before and after.

Who can press Apply?

An owner or admin of your workspace, through their own Google Ads login. Goldbeater sends the change as the person who pressed, never as a teammate, so the access Google Ads gives each person still decides who can change your account.

What does Undo do?

It puts your account back as it was before that change set, as one change. Goldbeater writes the undo before it sends anything, and the Applied tab keeps it beside what was changed, who applied it and when.

What stops a wrong change going through?

A campaign you've guarded refuses it. Google validates the whole change set before any of it is made, and it goes as one request, so all of it lands or none does. Afterwards Goldbeater reads your account back, and says so if anything doesn't show.
