PPC monitoring for Google Ads

Know the day a campaign stops or overspends.

Goldbeater checks your Google Ads account every 24 hours and emails you the day a campaign stops showing ads, spends far past its usual day or loses its traffic.

Or connect one account for a free first look, no card needed: how many problems it finds, and what they cost.

PPC alerts

Six sudden changes, emailed the day they’re found.

Each is judged against your account’s own recent days, so an ordinary quiet weekend isn’t an alarm.

A campaign that suddenly stopped showing ads

It showed ads every day for two weeks and none yesterday, and the finding gives Google's own reason where Google has one.

A campaign spending far more than usual

It spent at least twice its highest day of the last four weeks, on more clicks than chance explains.

Impressions or clicks falling or jumping sharply

They ran under a quarter of their usual for that day of the week, or over four times it.

A conversion action that suddenly stopped recording

It recorded every day for two weeks and has been silent for days since.

The account's conversions falling for weeks

For four weeks running, your clicks converted less than in any of the weeks before them.

An account budget about to stop your ads

On monthly invoicing, its spending limit or its end date is within a week of stopping every campaign.
A campaign that stopped showing ads
A finding opened in Goldbeater for a sample account: a campaign that showed no ads yesterday after impressions on each of the 14 days before, with what a day was bringing and Google's reason, its ads paused.

What the alert opens: the days behind the finding, down to the day with no ads.

When an alert is sent

Only what's new

A finding that was already open, or one you dismissed, isn't mailed again.

Once while it lasts

A stop or a surge is one finding for as long as it runs, mailed on its first day.

Not while you're looking

A pass you start with Run checks mails nobody, since you're already reading it.

To owners and admins

It goes to your workspace's owners and admins, and each of them can stop it from any alert.

Every 24 hours

Every check runs every day, and says what it read.

What ran lists each check on your account, what it found, and any part of your account a pass couldn’t read.

What ran
What ran on a sample account's checks this morning: every area of the account, each check in it, and what each found or that it found nothing.

Every week

Each week, an AI agent’s review lands in your inbox.

Goldbeater’s AI agent follows up on what the checks found, the way an analyst would, and mails you where to start.

The weekly review, as it's mailed
The weekly review Goldbeater mails, for a sample account: how many findings by severity and the wasted spend at stake, the three to start with, and the week's spend against the weeks before.

What's at stake

The mail counts your findings by severity, and the wasted spend they measure a month.

Where to start

It names the three findings to fix first, the most severe and the most costly.

Your week's spend

It sets last week's spend against the weeks before it, and says when it falls outside their range.

On your dashboard

Every figure sits against its own usual range.

A change is colored only when it’s beyond your account’s day-to-day swing, so you can tell a move from noise.

The dashboard

Questions

What to know before Goldbeater watches your account.

What is PPC monitoring?

PPC monitoring is checking a pay-per-click account on a schedule, so a campaign that stops, a budget that runs away or a conversion tag that breaks is caught within days instead of at the month's end. Goldbeater does it for Google Ads: 163 checks every 24 hours, and an email the day one of them finds a sudden change.

How quickly does Goldbeater alert me?

The day after, for a campaign that stops or a day's spend that jumps. The checks run once every 24 hours and judge your account's last full day against its own days before, so Goldbeater reads whole days, not hours. A fall in traffic is held to the same weekday in the weeks before, so a quiet Sunday isn't an alarm.

Who gets the alert emails?

Your workspace's owners and admins. Each of them can stop the alerts, or the weekly review's email, from the link at the foot of any one, and the findings stay on the Checks page either way.

Do I have to set thresholds or write rules?

No. Each alert is judged against your account's own recent days, so there's nothing to tune. The one figure you can set is a monthly spend target: the checks say when the month is heading past it or short of it, and until you set one they judge each month against the month before.

Can Goldbeater fix what it finds?

Where a finding has a fix, Goldbeater drafts the change into your change set, and nothing changes in Google Ads until you approve it and press Apply. An alert about a stopped campaign is advice: it gives Google's reason and what to check.

How a change is approved and applied

Does it monitor Microsoft Ads or Meta?

No. Goldbeater works on Google Ads, including manager (MCC) accounts, and on nothing else.

Is monitoring on every plan?

Yes. Every plan runs every check every 24 hours and sends the alerts and the weekly review, and so does the 7-day trial.
